But, then keeping that money is important too. I can help with that. 

For many years I have had the belief that listing agents may be over compensated. I have offered reduced fee listings contracts ever since I learned how discount or reduced fee listings work. 

Many Home Sellers are conditioned to call a traditional Realtor® to list their home and pay a big fat commission at closing (typically 2.7% to the listing broker and 3.3% to the agent who procures the buyer).
Rather than paying a commission based on the sale price I charge a low one time flat listing fee no matter what your home’s sale price. (for the listing Broker)
You decide the commission to pay the agent who procures the buyer (the average is 2.7%). (for the selling Broker) If you procure the buyer with no agent representation all you pay is the low flat fee.
Either way you save thousands in commissions. It is incredibly easy and it really works. My Flat Fee MLS Listing is the exact same thing as listing with a 6-7% REALTOR®. Except the really high fees.  I am a  REALTOR® that charges less for the same service, same websites, same marketing, and I have the experience and expertise to help you!
